weekend report...

kind of a busy weekend with the cats... funny how they can rule your world... they ran around all crazy, beating each other up... kolohe only will drink water from the tub faucet and now prada has picked up on that idea and will only drink water from there as well...

prada was missing for a bit... found her curled up in a laundry basket and she almost couldn't get out because she was buried under clothes... she is still scared of dogs... my son's dad came over with his little min pin and prada just stared from thirty feet away all bristly... at least she wasn't hissy...

speaking of hissy, she was in a bad mood the other day... it was dinner time and i guess she was cranky... so i fed kolohe... and as she was being nosy and trying to go after his food, i picked her up to carry her out of our room... as i tried to put her down, she hissed at me and tried to bite my face! she then ran into the garage... so i told my son to feed her because she was going to kill me... he opened the garage door and she ran forward hissing and swatting her paws... so her punishment was she had to wait for her dinner... then my husband fed her... she seems to like him best...

discovered that kolohe loves to play with balled up tissue paper... he looked so cute playing as if he were a kitten again...

we brought the kitties outside in the backyard today... they lounged in their carriers... i know, kind of lame but they enjoyed it... i only have one harness so i felt bad if kolohe had his on and prada either couldn't come outside or be in a carrier... this way it seemed equal...
