prada's favorite toy...
prada's favorite toy is this round track ball toy... she can entertain herself quite well with it... sometimes it's annoying when she plays with it because it's sort of loud.... kolohe only likes the track ball toy for the scratching pad in the middle of it... but prada doesn't like to share, so kolohe hardly gets to scratch on it... therefore he has resulted to scratching on my ottoman... any ideas to stop kitties from scratching furniture are welcomed... so far i've tried double sided tape and an all natural no scratch spray... neither really worked...

That trackball looks fun. The only way we've been able to stop Kizzie scratching the furniture is cover it up with throws, plus towels underneath the throws at either end over the arms. We had brand new leather sofas in March, long overdue. Deterrent sprays haven't worked, the only way seems to be to cover things up.
