mr. bunny...

one day when i was living with my grandma, i came home and noticed a bunny in the yard... of course i have to try and befriend and touch any animal i see that seems homeless... he was actually rather tame and he came right on over to me when i brought him out some baby carrots... so i lured him into the animal carrier with some more carrots and in he went...

then, i didn't know what to do with him... he was so sweet and dignified though, i almost wanted to keep him... but i had kolohe and yoshi at the time and we were trying to find a place to live that catered to animals, so i had to do what i really didn't want to do- take him to the humane society...

i took him there and they didn't want to take him because i found him in a different city... i was like oooookay... now what? because they had built a newer humane society "closer" to where i found him, i were to take him there...

i called my husband and complained that i didn't want to leave him at any humane societies... so as he is the fixer of all things, he found someone at work that was willing to give him a home... i dropped him off at his workplace and he just placed him in a box... i guess the bunny was pretty strong because he hopped out and started hopping all over the place freaking out my husband and his boss...

at least a home was found for him... my job had been done... i do wonder how he's doing.... he was such a nice bunny...
